Meta Block is a product of the research and development undertaken by Meta Zinco in the area of new materials.

Meta Block is a multi-layer system of insulation that offers great advantages, support, thermal insulation, acoustic insulation and finishing all in one.

METABLOCK consists of the following elements:

1. Exterior face of the panel:
Waterproof, fireproof particleboard, phenol laminated, acoustic, plaster, OSB, etc.

2. Insulating centre:
Rigid extruded polystyrene foam, Styrodur ® by BASF with a minimum density of 30 kg/m3, ecological manufacture and a thickness of 40, 5O, 60 and 80 mm.

3. Interior face of the panel:
Waterproof, fireproof particleboard, phenol laminated, grooved pine board, acoustic, plaster, silver fir, oak, OSB, etc.

4. Assembly of the panels:
The panels are joined by a de 7 mm DM board which also acts as a thermal bridge.
